LOS ANGELES WPP Group’s Cole & Weber/Red Cell has tapped Christine Allen as director of broadcast production, according to agency co-president Mike Doherty. Allen has been involved with shop projects since earlier this month.
Doherty explained that the addition of Allen enhances the Seattle-based agency’s ability to develop “nontraditional marketing solutions” for clients “searching for new and different ways to reach consumers.”
To that end, Allen will focus on traditional television spots, as well as long-form commercials, videos, short films and TV programs, he said.
