LOS ANGELES The Sundance Channel is seeking an agency to handle a creative project, the client confirmed.

Billings were undisclosed. Sources estimate the budget to be $2-3 million.

Advertising for the channel has primarily been handled in-house, said client representative Sarah Eaton.

Four shops are vying for the business: Maxxcom’s Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Venice, Calif., and independent agencies JohnsonSheen in Portland, Ore., Modernista! in Boston and Powell in New York, the client confirmed.
