CHICAGO Marc USA in Chicago has added Culver’s restaurant chain for creative, media and public-relations chores following a review.

The client spent about $8 million last year in measured media and $6 million through the first three quarters of 2007, per Nielsen Monitor-Plus.

“Marc USA delivered a big, branded creative concept supported with outstanding passion and commitment,” said Chris Contino, Culver’s vp, marketing.
