Cramer-Krasselt Among 3 Finalists In Winn-Dixie Pitch

The field has narrowed in the race for Winn-Dixie Store’s $42 million marketing account.

Still in the running is Cramer-Krasselt, which is using its Chicago headquarters and its Orlando, Fla., office in the pitch. C-K’s competitors for the Jacksonville, Fla.-based grocery chain’s business are incumbent Cook Marketing Communications and FKQ Advertising.

Cut were Levenson & Hill, Austin Kelley Advertising, Luckie & Company, Young & Rubicam, as well as media companies Carat North America and Empower Media Marketing.

Insiders say Cook’s chances increased when Bozell CEO Gene Bartley—who has been courting Cook for acquisition—flew to Jacksonville to lend support to the shop’s pitch.
