Connelly Taps Selbert Perkins Vet for Design

BOSTON In an effort to bring a larger range of services to current and prospective clients, Connelly Partners has hired Elizabeth Reed as director of strategic design, a new position at the independent agency.

Reed, 37, had been with Selbert Perkins Design in Arlington, Mass., most recently serving as vp of East Coast operations. At that shop, she worked with clients such as Baskin-Robbins, Fidelity Investments, Staples and Walt Disney.

“We are equally committed to introducing our brand of creativity to new clients and in new media,” said agency president Steve Connelly. “By adding someone of Elizabeth’s stature and experience, we will be doing both.”

Connelly clients include Fallon Community Health Plan, the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism and Ocean Spray. The agency recently added BJ’s Whole Club following a review and is currently a finalist for the TripAdvisor account.
