Colin Kinsella has been named chief executive of Mindshare, North America, succeeding Antony Young who took on that role 22 months ago. Young will now shift his focus to global business projects and development, the GroupM media network said.

Kinsella was CEO of Digitas in North America until March when the Publicis Groupe company promoted Tony Weisman to that job. (That management shift occurred a month after Publicis merged newly acquired LBi with Digitas outside the U.S.
