Without a review, West & Vaughan has been named the first agency of record for Morningstar Mini-Storage.
The estimated media budget for print, TV and direct mail targeting consumers and the trade is $1 million. Advertising had previously been handled in-house.
The account assignment followed a cold call from Chris Ng Cashen, vice president and director of account planning at the Durham, N.C., agency.
“They met our internal criteria for target audiences and growth,” Ng Cashen said.
