Dentsu’s Colby & Partners in Santa Monica, Calif., has hired art director Niraj Zaveri, who was previously with Spike DDB in New York. Zaveri will work with Jason Sperling, who was recently promoted to associate creative director at the shop. The agency also added Jesse Bacon as an account supervisor for its Asian marketing division. He was formerly with Los Angeles-based Asian marketing shop Saeshe Advertising. Additionally, Colby tapped Grant Webber as copywriter, Justin Alcantara as media assistant, Guatam Nakra as an account coordinator on Suzuki and Patricia Mitchell as an administrative assistant for Colby Entertainment.
