Jeffery Cole, a 20-year veteran of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, has joined Charleston/Orwig as a senior public relations writer. Cole, who covered business, government, the courts, law enforcement and general assignments at the newspaper, will work on the Heartland, Wis., agency’s growing issues-management business. A native of Ballston Lake, N.Y., he is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Ill.
