Charleston/Orwig has hired Beckie Christensen as a media planner and buyer. Christensen has worked in the industry for more than 15 years, planning, negotiating and buying for both print and broadcast media. She will focus her efforts on the Heartland, Wis., shop’s growing healthcare practice. The shop was recently named lead agency for Trinity Regional Health system in Rock Island, Ill. Christensen’s healthcare experience includes media planning and buying for GE Medical Systems, Wheaton Franciscan Hospitals and Wisconsin Health Organization.
