Integrated-marketing-communications firm CMD has launched an Immediate Response Group to provide quick design and production support for smaller projects. To manage the group, the Portland, Ore., shop has added Tracey McEwen as Immediate Response design supervisor. Prior to joining CMD, McEwen was a customer service representative for Irwin Hodson, a printing company in Portland.
