NEW YORK — Cliff Freeman and Partners laid off five employees on Wednesday, the agency confirmed.

The layoffs were across the board and represent about 5 percent of its work force. “This round of layoffs is the final one,” said director of business development Charles Rosen. “It completes all anticipated layoffs for the year.”
