Faith James has joined Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis as account director on Northwest Airlines and A.G. Edwards. James, previously an account director at Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners in New York, will also work on new business and manage the shop’s account management trainee program, which recruits college graduates to the agency. At her previous agency, James worked on accounts ranging from Verizon Super Pages to Hennessy Cognac. She also was part of the NYC 2012 bid team, responsible for developing communications to bring the Olympics to New York City in 2012.
