Chuck Ruhr Expands Hardee’s Business

MINNEAPOLIS – Chuck Ruhr Advertising based here will expand its media-buying responsibilities on behalf of Hardee’s Restaurants effective January 1. CRA will handle TV media-buying for a 12-state area in addition to the print and radio production and media-buying assignment already on the agency’s roster. CRA has handled the print and radio assignment since December 1991. Hardee’s recently awarded the creative portion of its account to Deutsch/Dworin, New York.
