StarLink, a division of Publicis’ Starcom MediaVest Group, has picked up local and national media duties for Chuck E. Cheese’s $25 million account without a review, the client said. The business had been at IPG’s Initiative in Los Angeles. Richard Huston, evp of marketing at the Texas-based chain, said the company was attracted by SMG’s experience in placing children’s media. SMG clients include Kellogg’s and Nintendo.
