Hill Cheuk was named senior art director at VogtGoldstein in Westport, Conn. Before moving to the agency, Cheuk, 31, was an art director in Los Angeles, working on Suzuki, Disney and the California Department of Health Services accounts. His agency experience includes Foote Cone & Belding, Ryan Partnership and Secret Weapon Marketing, where he worked on the Jack in the Box account, winning several awards.
