Modernista! has hired Joyce Chen as a new-business development assistant. She will work with new-business development director Ilya Rozhdestvensky on bringing new accounts to the Boston independent. Chen previously worked for Hong Kong shops AugustOne Communications and Shya-La-La. A graduate of Boston University, Chen also studied at the California Institute of the Arts and the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena.
