John Dooner last week initiated his first personnel moves since returning to McCann-Erickson WorldGroup in February.

Sources said the CEO has had a chance to assess the strengths of his top executives and decide what needs to be emphasized further. His plan calls for a clearer assignment of leaders in WorldGroup’s three core areas: staffing, creative and revenue growth, sources said.
