Ben Godley last week turned over day-to-day control of CGN Marketing & Creative Services to Ken Dec, naming him chief executive officer.
Separately, the 40-person Boston agency has picked up ad duties for BroadVision, a Redwood City, Calif.-based maker of e-business software. BroadVision’s clients include the U.S. Postal Service and Xerox.
CGN won the $4 million account after a review of undisclosed shops. There was no incumbent. The agency was invited to participate because it has worked with BroadVision since 1995 on Web projects for clients such as Chevy Chase Bank and Liberty Financial Cos.
