Philip Johnson Associates has been retained for advertising chores by Cerida, a provider of outsourced business services such as telemarketing call centers.

Cambridge, Mass.-based Philip Johnson is charged with rebranding the company, which recently changed its name from TeleSales Corp. and moved into new space in Andover, Mass. The account had been unassigned.

The shop will initially create a revamped Cerida Web site, collateral materials and direct response executions. Media advertising possibly is on tap for later in the year, said agency president Philip Johnson.
