Cramer-Krasselt last week won Cellular South’s $12 million ad account, the agency said. The Chicago independent bested Havas’ Arnold in McLean, Va., and independent archer>malmo in Memphis, Tenn., for the telecom’s business, which includes creative and media. Select Resources International in Santa Monica, Calif., managed the review. The incumbent, MDC’s Fletcher Martin Ewing in Atlanta, declined to defend the account, which it held for five years.
