CBS, Digg Join for Campaign ’08

NEW YORK has partnered with community-driven news and content sharing site Digg to offer news and analysis of the race for the White House. will fuse political reporting by CBS journalists with the opinions of the Digg community. The site will feature headlines from campaign and campaign-related stories selected by the Digg audience through the duration of the primary and general election.

The site will also place Digg buttons next to articles and videos to provide its audience with the means to submit and rate Digg content.

On, the community will gain access to CBS News’ video content, including “From the Road” coverage by a CBS team of reporters traveling with the candidates and the exclusive “Primary Questions” video series where candidates are asked character- and leadership-revealing questions.
