NEW YORK — Castrol North America has consolidated its account at Ogilvy & Mather without a review, the client said. New York-based Hampel/Stefanides had been Castrol’s agency since 1993.

The company is a unit of Castrol Worldwide, which was acquired by Ogilvy client BP in March of 2000. Ogilvy in Chicago handles BP’s global advertising and will handle Castrol. Mindshare in Chicago also won consolidated media duties on Castrol, said Kathleen Brookbanks, the media shop’s managing director.
