Trex Co. in Winchester, Va., assigned its $3-5 million advertising account to Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis, following a review. Campbell-Ewald Advertising in Warren, Mich., was the runner-up.
The Richards Group, Dallas, was also named a finalist, but withdrew from contention before creative presentations last week. There was no incumbent.
