Janet Carlisle has become an account director at independent agency PJA, overseeing work for several clients at the Cambridge, Mass.-based agency. Most recently, she served as an account director at Donovan Group in Watertown, Mass.; before that she was an account supervisor at Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston. Carlisle also has held account management positions at Saatchi & Saatchi and Waring & LaRosa, both New York.
