Ryan & Deslauriers opened its first U.S. office in Portland, Maine. The 4-year-old firm in Montreal specializes in outdoor, lifestyle and recreational markets.
Jeffrey Fagan was named vice president and managing director of the U.S. office. He was previously vice president of marketing and sales for Newry, Maine-based American Skiing Co.’s Sunday River Resort.
Fagan will hire three staffers next month to handle account service, design and copywriting, said R&D representative George Zikos.
The Portland office’s first clients are Highland’s at Breckenridge in Colorado and Waterville Valley in New Hampshire.
