CHICAGO — National City Bank is set to award its $10-15 million advertising account to Campbell-Ewald after a review, sources said. The Warren, Mich., shop bested Martin/Williams in Minneapolis and Euro RSCG Tatham Partners Worldwide in Chicago for the account.

The review was run by The Rojek Cutcher Group in Cleveland. Incumbent Doe-Anderson in Louisville, Ky., did not participate. C-E officials referred calls to the client. A client representative declined comment.
