Calvin Klein today announced the hiring of Linh Peters as global chief marketing officer, a position that’s been vacant for nearly a year.

Marie Gulin-Merle stepped down from her role as Calvin Klein’s global CMO and chief digital officer for parent company PVH last November, moving over to Google where she now leads marketing for the tech giant’s Google Ads business.

In February, Calvin Klein hired J.D. Ostrow and Greg Stogdon, partners at branding agency Frosty Pop, to lead brand and marketing on an interim basis as they continued the search for Gulin-Merle’s replacement.
