The California Lottery has successfully completed a review for its Asian American account, retaining Time Advertising in Millbrae, Calif., last week. The shop was tapped for the four-year, $6 million account over finalist GlobalHue, Los Angeles. The contract still has to be approved by the lottery commission. Time’s selection came several days after the lottery said it would put its five-year, $125 million general-market account back into review.
