DDB Needham’s Los Angeles office has hired one-time Fallon McElligott creative chief Pat Burnham as executive creative director. The move comes as the shop’s co-managing director and chief operating officer, Candy Deemer, plans to depart after 17 years at the agency.
Burnham joins DDB, effective Jan. 1, after a stint as executive creative director at Publicis/ Bloom in Dallas that lasted only three weeks [Adweek, Sept. 15]. He has also served as executive vice president and creative director at McKinney & Silver in Raleigh, N.C.,
