Allen & Gerritsen in Watertown, Mass., has hired former Leo Burnett staffer Neil Cleary as vp, director, audience intelligence and brand planning. Cleary has spent over 15 years developing strategy for world-class brands including BMW, Unilever, British Airways, AT&T, McDonald’s and Walmart. Most recently, he held the position of vp, planning director Burnett in Chicago. His other agency stops include Rodgers Townsend and Grey.
