Bulldog Accepts Wedding Channel’s $1 Mil. Proposal

Bulldog Drummond has emerged as the winner of online retailer The Wedding Channel’s estimated $1 million account.
The San Diego shop captured the account after a review of undisclosed California agencies, according to Shawn Parr, the shop’s chief executive officer. Parr said the agency’s previous work for client Revlon Professional Care helped it win the business. “[The Wedding Channel] could see that we clearly understood their target audience,” he said.
Bulldog will unveil the first stage of its campaign for the Pasadena, Calif.-based online bridal registry and wedding planning resource (www.theweddingchannel.com) in November at consumer bridal shows. Print ads will break in mainstream bridal magazines in January, Parr said.
