NEW YORK The executive resignations at Lowe’s London office continued on Monday, with Matthew Bull quitting his post as worldwide chief creative officer, the Interpublic Group agency confirmed.

But unlike a trio of resignations last week, Bull will not be joining the new agency that Frank Lowe is opening in London.

Bull, 41, instead is returning to his native South Africa, where he will rejoin Lowe Bull, the shop he co-founded nine years ago, said an agency representative.
