‘The colors actually pops,’ says Michael Ouweleen, the copywriter behind the ‘Ink Spot’ ad. ‘It’s a high energy spot. We’re selling excitement.’
The ad’s sophisticated animation comes courtesy of Paul Vester’s Speedy Films, London. Judi Nierman produced the spot, which was directed by Vester. Art direction was handled by Lin Tipton. Larry Volpi and Philip Halyard served as creative directors.
