DALLAS The Wells Group, a real estate listing service and broker in the Durango, Colo., area, has awarded its advertising and marketing account to The McIntosh Advertising and Design (MAD) House, the agency said.
“Durango is going through a serious uptick in growth,” said Larry McIntosh, who carries the title “warden” at the Austin, Texas, agency. “The Wells Group was looking for someone to deliver their message of superior local knowledge, confidence and trust—all with a fresh new look.”
