Bcom3’s Bostock Up for Yahoo! Director Post
Bcom3 Group chairman emeritus Roy Bostock, 62, has been nominated as a director of Yahoo! Inc. If elected at Yahoo!’s annual meeting May 16, Bostock would become one of seven outside directors at the Sunnyvale, Calif., Internet company.
Omnicom Looks to ‘Destagger’ Board
Omnicom is asking shareholders to approve a resolution to repeal its staggered, or classified, board of directors, beginning next year. If approved, the New York holding company’s charter will be amended to have directors serve one-year terms.
