IPG Tenders $700.5 Mil. in Notes
Interpublic Group said last week that $700.5 million in zero-coupon convertible senior notes due 2021, or about 99.8 percent of the issue, were tendered in response to the holding company’s offer, which expired at midnight on April 4.
