What would you expect from an Internet site for a promotions agency but a promotion?
Chicago shop Robinson & Maites opened its site at www.rm-promo.com to unveil its new corporate logo and a freshly written statement of its core values. To draw attention to the site and to its capabilities, the agency sent out a mailing to 500 marketing executives suggesting they visit the site and email their comments. Three of the first 50 respondents will be chosen to receive a free one-hour brainstorming session with the agency.
Visitors to the site find an explanation of the agency’s core values, delineated as: “Respect. Teamwork. Empowerment. Staff nurturing. Quality.” Along with these values, seven principles of client satisfaction are outlined.
“We focused on creating a Web site that would expose more and more people to our philosophy, work and commitment to exceed client expectations,” said agency president Alan Maites.
