Bozell is hiring Megan Kent, formerly managing partner and director of account planning at TBWA/Chiat/Day, and pairing her as executive director of brand planning with Brent Bouchez, executive creative director.
The agency called the move “a new partnership between brand planning and creative.” The two will share an office.
Bozell president Tom Bernardin said the agency’s decision not to couple Bouchez with an art director has created a “unique pairing between a creative director and a strategic director.”
Kent developed a reputation at TBWA/C/D here for working closely with the creative department and going beyond basic account planning duties.
