NEW YORK — Bozell is splitting with Brown-Forman, marketer of Finlandia Vodka, due to philosophical differences, the New York shop confirmed Friday.

“We have mutually agreed to part ways with the client,” said an agency representative, adding that no layoffs will result. The agency this week slashed about 65 employees or 15 percent of its 430-person staff following the loss of Datek and reduced client spending, according to sources.
