Bozell Worldwide has hired Tony Granger as its new executive creative director, filling the slot vacated in late October by Brent Bouchez, who left to start his own agency, Bouchez, Kent + Co.

Granger, 40, who is the co-creative director at TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris in Johannesburg, South Africa, starts at the New York-based shop in late January. After 12 years with TBWA\H\L, Granger is best known for his work on BMW, Bic pens, nonprofit organization Reach for a Dream and Playtex’s Wonderbra, which have all won gold Lions at Cannes.

The broad range of his achievements and their recognition were attractive to Bozell.
