Clothing chain Bob’s Stores expects to have a list of Northeastern agency contenders for its $5 million ad account later this month, company officials said last week. Parent company The TJX Cos. in Framingham, Mass., enlisted Boston consul- tancy Pile and Co. to oversee the process, set to be completed in early April. Boston independent Clarke Goward created the 36-store chain’s most recent ads.
