LONDON – BMP DDB Needham here swallowed yet another major account last week, winning the estimated $12-million Meat and Livestock Commission account that had previously been shared by Laing Henry and D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles. BMP won a pitch against the incumbents and Simons Palmer Denton Clemmow and Johnson. The winning agency proposed that the client drop its separate beef, lamb, pork and generic strands of advertising in favor of one umbrella campaign that advocates omnivorous lifestyles.
