NEW YORK — In its second acquisition in as many months, Bluestreak has purchased Takira, a San Francisco-based digital marketing company.

The acquisition of three-year-old Takira expands the integrated marketing services and customer base of Bluestreak. The deal comes two months after the Newport, R.I.-based online marketing company snapped up e-mail marketer e2 Communications [IQ Daily, May 9]. Terms were not disclosed.

Takira develops online sweepstakes, promotions, campaigns and lead-generation programs for marketers like AT&T, Ebay and Microsoft.
