Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) has tapped Maynard, Mass.-based Inceptor, Inc. to help increase the online brand awareness of its two flagship sites: bcbs.com and bcbshealthissues.com.

BCBSA will use Inceptor’s conversion marketing tool, Excedia, which was introduced last month, to help direct visitors to relevant content and create loyal site users.

Excedia also provides real-time measurement and analysis of all site activity and captures user data.
