ATLANTA Images USA has won a review to provide all advertising and marketing for the 10th annual National Black Arts Festival this summer, the agency said.

The independent Atlanta shop plans to launch a campaign for the event in the spring. The advertising will include national television, radio, print and Internet. Billings were not disclosed.

Fletcher Martin Ewing, an MDC Partners shop in Atlanta, had held the account for the past two years. The shop did not participate in the review.
