Bisceglia Out Of Burnet Tech Group

CHICAGO-Sean Bisceglia is leaving as chief executive of Leo Burnett Technology Group as part of a reorganization of the high-technology business-to-business unit.

Bisceglia founded the agency in 1991 as Total Focus Approach, which became TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group after Burnet bought it in 1998 and recently dropped the TFA.

Jeff Jones, a Burnett hand from 1990-96 and most recently director of brand management at MarchFirst in Chicago, will rejoin Burnett as a senior vice president in charge of the technology group.

The unit laid off 25 staffers, about 10 percent of its workforce, mostly in Boston and Chicago, last January and this week reportedly laid off another 15.
