Mark Bingham, president and founder of The Bingham Group, a public relations and marketing-communications agency, was among the 45 people killed last Tuesday when United Airlines Flight 93 crashed near Pittsburgh, Pa.

The flight originated at Newark International Airport in New Jersey and was bound for San Francisco.

The 31-year-old executive was one of a few passengers who called loved ones just minutes before the crash.

“Hi Mom … I love you very much,” Bingham told his mother, Alice Hoglan, according to ABCnews.com.
