ATLANTA Four finalists have emerged in the review for Alabama’s tourism account, sources said.

Incumbent Lewis Communications will defend against O2 Ideas, Luckie & Co. and the Intermark Group, all in Birmingham, Ala.

Billings for the media and creative account have fluctuated between $2-5 million annually since Lewis won the account three years ago. Current spending is pegged at just under $4 million, said one source, who warned that the figure could drop.

Lewis has created two campaigns for the state.
