Bess Takes Post At Euro In Chicago

Former Young & Rubicam executive Ron Bess last week started as regional director of North America for Havas’ Euro RSCG, the agency said. In the new post, Bess will oversee Euro RSCG in Chicago, formerly Euro RSCG Tatham Partners, as well as below-the-line units that are now part of the Euro 4D division. Bess, 57, left WPP’s Y&R in New York last October as vice chairman for integration and business development. He takes over duties held by Tatham CEO Gary Epstein, who resigned last month, effective in June.
